Although being economically marginalized, our grandfather determined to start his own business in sweets industry by starting to sell his famous “Namoura” in our beloved city Aley and near villages.

Our first showroom opened in Aley, Piscine Street. It was small, modest but offered exquisite delicacies.

Ittihad moved to a new better location on the same street. This became our main branch that attracted customers from everywhere.

Our first factory was established. Although small, it produced a wide variety of delightful sweets.

Ittihad expanded by building a larger, more advanced factory to meet the growing demand for its products, paving the way for further growth and development.

Our showroom expanded significantly when we merged the neighboring shop with our own, creating a larger, more welcoming space for our customers.

Ittihad built a larger factory with more advanced equipment, following high food safety standards at all levels.

Our second showroom in Aley has opened its doors, warmly welcoming customers into a new environment designed for both comfort and enjoyment. Featuring a dining area, new products, and larger space.
